Supervision of buildings and facilities

For projects that are under construction, the existence of a high-level supervision system can ensure that the project can be implemented and executed with the least amount of error. This issue, which is in the form of the physical presence of the experts of the international group of Persa on site for several times in a suitable time sequence; allows all the details to be announced to the employer and the executive director during the execution. And in cases where the execution process is inconsistent with the presented design, it is reviewed at the same time and the necessary corrections are decided. This issue is very useful for controlling the quality of the contractors’ execution by the employer by a specialized team.

After the approval of the architectural, structural and facility drawings (Phase 2), the project enters the construction phase (Phase 3). High execution accuracy is required at this stage. Therefore, and in order to eliminate possible errors during construction, periodic inspections and supervision can increase the accuracy of the execution operations. .One of the items checked in these inspections is the dimensions of the walls. The length of the walls after the execution of the joinery must be completely in accordance with the plan. This accuracy is due to the dimensions and number of industrial kitchen equipment, which are specified and arranged in advance, and if the length of the wall is reduced, the placement of the equipment will be difficult. In addition, if the defined dimensions of the spaces change, there will be disruption in the performance of the kitchen staff. The height of the different parts of the map is also specified in advance in the map, and this height is in accordance with the standard and should not change. The type of materials used in the construction of walls and ceilings is also of great importance. The materials used in the joinery must be implemented in accordance with the map. The color and thickness of these materials are examined. These materials must comply with health standards.

In addition to monitoring the buildings, the installations related to kitchen equipment must also be implemented in accordance with the layout in the electrical and mechanical maps. During the inspection of electrical installations, the implementation of lighting systems, electrical outlets, telephone outlets, audio systems, CCTV, grounding systems, power supply and cabling, electrical panels, etc. are checked.

During the inspection of the project’s mechanical facilities, the implementation of water and sewage piping, air evacuation, fire fighting, air conditioning, placement of equipment on the roof and engine room, etc. are examined.

Matters related to all these plans are matched with the plans during implementation and after completion of the work, and in case of discrepancies between the plans and the execution work, these problems are resolved with technical solutions. This supervision is planned and carried out by expert experts from the International Presa Group.

Superior and specialized supervision of implementation:

In order to resolve implementation problems and issues during the construction of the project, periodic and specialized supervision is required, which includes the following:

  • Resolving non-conformities between design and construction and supervising the implementation and construction.
  • Quality assessment of materials that comply with industrial cooking standards
  • Control, inspection and compliance of architectural execution details
  • Joinery control
  • Supervision, control of all structural parts of mechanical and electrical installations
  • Resolving implementation problems by providing technical-specialized proposals
