Tender Document Preparation Section

After the architectural drawings and layout of the industrial kitchen equipment and machinery (final list of machinery), structure, mechanical and electrical installations are finalized, documents and appendices are prepared and put out to tender for their supply and purchase. In tourism and food industry projects, tenders are usually conducted in two sections: buildings and equipment, which is decided due to the significant cost of the equipment.

Technical documents and tender appendices are the main component of a correct and principled tender. Every tender that is implemented has its own relevant documents and is implemented according to the project conditions (location, time, budget, services and obligations of the supplier or manufacturer). Tender documents include items such as: acceptance letter, tender proposal form, technical commercial proposal of the bidder, contract agreement, invitation letter to submit a proposal, drawings and technical specifications, tables and forms, etc. All documents and appendices are prepared by the International Presa Group.
Those who intend to participate in the tender must include guarantees in the amount specified in advance in their tender document. This amount is in rials or its equivalent in foreign currency and its validity begins on the date of the deadline for submission of offers. The guarantee must be obtained from an Iranian bank in accordance with the form specified in the tender documents and in accordance with the criteria stated in the tender document and submitted as an attachment to their offer. Offers that participate in the tender without a guarantee are not acceptable and will definitely be rejected. The guarantees of those who do not win the tender will be released as soon as possible and returned to them. Only the guarantees of the winner and the second-ranked person will be delivered to the tenderer at the time of exchange of payment and delivery of the performance guarantee.

After the preparation of the tender documents, if necessary, the tenderers must be qualitatively examined to ensure that the tender is carried out completely flawlessly. After that, the tender call will be made. The call for tenders again depends on the type of tender. Public tenders are called using newspapers and media. However, private tenders are only sent to qualified individuals with invitation letters.

In the next stage, the bidders’ proposals are evaluated, and then it is time to determine the winner of the tender, announce the result, and conclude the contract. After the winner is selected, the supervision of the implementation or construction of the equipment will be the responsibility of the experts of the Persa International Group.

1.Preparation of tender documents for the purchase of “industrial kitchen machinery and equipment” and “dining hall furniture”:

  • Based on the architectural design and layout of the industrial kitchen, the list of machinery, kitchen equipment, cold storage, and technical specifications of each are determined; the qualified suppliers are notified so that pricing can be done in an integrated and homogeneous manner, and the best supplier or manufacturer for the required equipment is selected.
  • Based on the interior design and decoration of the dining hall, the specifications of the furniture, tables and chairs, equipment and technical specifications are determined; qualified suppliers and manufacturers are notified so that pricing can be done in an integrated and homogeneous manner, and the best supplier for the required equipment is selected.

In addition to catering design, Presa Design and Construction is also extensively involved in the field of catering design.

2.Tender documents for the construction of an industrial kitchen and interior decoration of the dining hall:

  • After preparing the technical-engineering drawings of phase one and phase two (including architecture, mechanical structure, electrical, measurement and estimate), technical tender documents will be prepared, so that the lowest price and the fastest time can be awarded to the qualified contractor while maintaining the desired quality, and the implementation and construction phase of the project can begin.
